Buttocks and legs
Lumbar pain
Sacroiliac imbalance
Buttocks and sacrum pain
Thigh overextension
Problem:
The so-called piriformis muscle runs past the sciatic nerve.
If it is hardened or inflamed due to stress or long periods of sitting, it presses on the sciatica.
The result: lighter, sharp pain in the hips, buttocks and legs.
Similarly, when the gluteus medius is tense, it can react very sensitively to pressure in some places. If trigger points or glued fasciae
are found in it, the pain can also radiate into the adjacent area of the buttocks, the lateral thighs and the sacrum as well as lumbar vertebrae.
Treatment:
With the Swaywaver method I release the trigger pain points and the fascia adhesions through the vibration.
With targeted mobilization and slight manipulations, I push the sacroiliac joint into the correct position.
Result:
Noticeable pain relief occurs after just one treatment
